Menu Glow lets you select menu items in your Wix Restaurants menus, generate an enhanced version of an item’s existing photo, preview a before/after comparison, and apply the enhanced photo to your menu. You can enhance items one at a time or in bulk, choose a visual style, and revert any item to its original photo. The App improves the photo of a dish — it does not invent a different dish.

You must have a Wix account and the right to manage the site on which the App is installed. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your installation.

Certain features require a paid plan. Plans, prices, billing and any free trial are managed through Wix and the Wix App Market and are subject to Wix’s terms. We do not store your payment details.

• You retain all rights to the photos and menu content you provide (“Your Content”).
• You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to Your Content and to create enhanced versions of it.
• You are responsible for ensuring that enhanced images fairly represent the dishes you actually serve. You choose whether to apply or revert any enhanced image, and you remain responsible for what you publish on your menu.

Enhanced images are produced by an automated AI image-processing service from the original photo you provide. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. Always review the before/after preview before applying an image.

• Your Content remains yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the App (for example, to send an image for processing and return an enhanced version to you).
• Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the enhanced images generated for you are yours to use on your menu.
• The App itself, including its software and design, remains our property.

When you apply an enhanced image, the App keeps a reference to your original image so you can revert. We are not responsible for originals deleted outside the App or by other tools.

Do not use the App to process content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the service or comply with law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
