Privacy Policy

To provide its features, the App accesses, via Wix APIs and with your authorisation:

• Menu data — your Wix Restaurants menus, sections and items (names and image references) so you can browse and select dishes to enhance.
• Dish photos — the existing image of an item you choose to enhance. The image is processed to generate an enhanced version, and (when you apply it) the enhanced image is uploaded to your Wix Media Manager. A reference to your original image is kept so you can revert.
• App instance information — your app instance identifier and plan status, used to enable features and to apply paid-plan access.

We do not collect your name, email address, payment details, or site visitors’ personal data through the App. Billing is handled entirely by Wix.

When you enhance a photo, the image is sent to a third-party AI image-processing service that returns an enhanced version of the same dish. That image is processed only to produce your result. We do not sell your images, and we do not use them to build advertising profiles.

Enhanced images you apply are stored in your own Wix Media Manager, under your control. Originals referenced for revert remain in your Wix media. We do not maintain a separate long-term copy of your menu photos beyond what is needed to deliver the feature you requested.

We share information only as needed to operate the App:

• Wix — as the platform hosting your site and the App.
• The AI image-processing service — to generate enhanced images, subject to its terms.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

We process menu and image data on demand to fulfil your requests and do not retain it longer than necessary for that purpose. Images you apply or keep remain in your Wix account until you remove or revert them. Uninstalling the App ends its access to your data.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information processed by the App. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Depending on your location (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to or restrict its processing. Because the App operates on data within your Wix account, you can exercise much of this control directly in Wix. For other requests, contact us at support@menuglow.food.

The App is intended for business use by site owners and is not directed to children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
